How to become SSS Hero is an iPhone fitness game. Train for 30 days, count the work on your phone, and move from C toward SSS.
About
Each patrol lasts 30 days and includes 4 flexible rest days. Finish the other days and the next patrol unlocks for free. Miss a day and that period ends.
The menu is squats, push-ups, sit-ups, and an outdoor run. Camera and step checks stay on the phone. An old knee or back issue changes the movement.
100 hero fund points unlock one 30-day patrol. It is a game purchase. There is no cash prize and no wagering between players.
Privacy
The camera is used only to count repetitions. Video is not uploaded and is not saved to your photo library.
Location and motion measure outdoor distance and steps. The route stays on this phone.
Sign in with Apple is optional. The account stores only the sign-in identity and the hero fund balance.
Training logs, rest days, rank, and results stay on the phone.
Purchases are handled by Apple. Deleting the account in Settings removes the saved fund balance and the records on that phone.
This is not a medical service. Stop if you feel unwell and ask a professional.
The app does not sell personal information.
The language follows your phone. You can change it in Settings.
